What the contact form collects
The form collects your name, company, email address, optional phone number, inquiry type, and the message you choose to send. We use this information to respond, assess your request, and manage the resulting business conversation.
Retention and disclosure
Limited to the business purpose
Inquiry data is retained only for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active relationship, keep necessary business records, and meet legal obligations. AegixCore does not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only to service providers acting on our instructions or when required by law.
ERGO
Automated assessment and deletion
ERGO assessment is automated. No human views submitted workplace footage as part of the standard assessment workflow. Source video is processed by the secure system and permanently deleted when analysis is complete. Generated reports and engagement records are retained according to the customer agreement.
Cookies and measurement
No advertising trackers
The current website does not use advertising cookies or third-party behavioral analytics. If measurement tools are added, this policy and any required consent controls will be updated before collection begins.
Your request
Access, correction, deletion, or grievance
To ask what personal data we hold, request a correction or deletion, withdraw consent where applicable, or raise a grievance, email connect@aegixcore.com. We will verify the request before acting and respond under the applicable Indian data-protection requirements.
